Father died with out a will and no insurance who pays for the services and who get his estate? thank you

The estate should ultimately pay for the services.
As to who inherits, please see our website at www.bradie-law.com for the distribution without a will. It depends upon the children and his marital status, and is a bit too complicated to explain without a good deal more information.
