Yes. If your father has died, and you are in possession of an original Will, you can be ordered to deliver the document to the County Clerk, which effectively makes it public. Moreover, if you attempt to offer the Will to probate, you may be required to give specific notice (including a copy of the Will) to several individuals.

Assuming Dad is no longer alive, then the answer is Yes. Sec. 75 of the Texas Probate Code requires that the custodian of an original will (you) deliver it to the County Clerk upon the death of the person who wrote the will. Also, if you offer the will for probate (which you should), it becomes public record, and you are required to notify the beneficiaries in writing.
