Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My father passed 4 months ago and left property to his 3 children. the attorney says that we can not obtain the specific property until the estate goes through probate and has been paid in full. is this correct

There are exceptions to everything but without having a lot more facts, I would not second guess your current attorney.
