personal property in a will

would a utility trailer be considered personal property and not considered as part of an estate if it was parked at the deceased residence and used for personal use?

Personal property is part of an estate. If the trailer belonged to the decedent, then it's part of the estate. If it belonged to someone else, but was used by the decedent, then it's not part of the estate.
