Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

Workmans Comp

I was injured on the job, fell 9ft. from scaffolding and shattered both wrists. Had 2 surgeries. My dr. stated will never work construction again. Will have arthritis for rest of life. What are my recourses?

Call us now, we handle work comp cases. You will be found at MMI(maximum medical improvement) and given an IR(impairment rating) probably before you should..and the insurance company will tell the DWC appointed DD (designated doctor) what they accept as compensable injury..when it sounds like you have had severe injury to more than writs.

Or wait and trust the insurance company and the State Division of Workers Compensation to treat you fairly..
