Impact of change of citizenship on New Jersey divorce
I am planning to relocate. How will my changing citizenship, to the UK, impact my New Jersey Divorce settlement? Is there an impact on any new partner I choose?

The divorce settlement applies to the parties to same. If you were one of the parties to the settlement your change of citizenship will not change you from being you.
