My sons girlfriend left him and took his two daughters aged 1 and 3 they had arranged to visit my daughter in australia which was all payed for,since then his girlfriend has said she and the youngest one is not going, but now they are due to go she is refusing to let him take the 3 yr old help what is his rights

it is open to your son to make an application to the court for parental responsibility and with it leave to take his daughters with him to Australia for the purpose of a holiday.
