wanted some info about having acess to my little girl she is 3 and her

mother wont let me see her. as people have lied and said i was neglecting

her. what are my chances?

your little girl has every entitlement to the sea and spend time you as her father. If her mother is refusing to cooperate with this the court will order her to allow her to see you and make a contact order. It would seem that you should apply without delay.
