Legal Question in Family Law in United States Minor Outlying Islands

Child support & Joint Custody

What is the percentage that is taken out of a person's monthly income for child support in New Jersey? If someone has a domestic violence charge on record does that spoil their chances of joint custody?

Re: Child support & Joint Custody

There are child support guidelines so it will depend on your income, the other parent's income and other factors. While the charge won't help you, it may not make things impossible. I would need more information.
