My sister and I own joinly two properties in St. Croix (United States Virgin Islands) that we inherited from our deceased mother. Is there a legal action that may allow me to sell these properties when my sister refuses to even consider selling it? It is an issue that drives a wedge in our relationship but I do need to capitalize those assests.
