Can a dissolved LLC be sued?

That's a good question. The answer is "probably, yes." It's a complicated answer, but the bottom line is that a plaintiff's attorney is going to put the name of the LLC as defendant on the Summons and Complaint, along with your name, when they to to the courthouse and file the lawsuit. And what are you going to do about it?
