Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

I had a process server last night come to my door and knocked for an hour and I finally answered the door and asked him to leave my property mind you it was a government holiday and the papers that he threw at my feet saying I was served were not even mine. I have no debts or anybody serving me all together. My question is does the name on the papers have a right to sew the process server for him giving personal information to someone other than on the papers? and also can I get him for harassment?
