Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I was trying to get divorced. I did the online papers and ups them to my husband, but he denied them. I then sent them again, h denie them. He then got locked up at donavon bailey detention center, I drove all the way to san diego and had the warden sign them, but he didn't date the paper so that didn't work. This took 3 months and my divorce case closed. How do I re-open my divorce case and whats the correct format for the paper to re-open my case

You will have to re-file your case and have your husband served by a process server. Frankly, you should just have an attorney assist you.
