Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Utah
My wife took the children to a energy therapist in st george ut. The energy therapist said she saw in the childrens energy that the father had sexually abused the children. This caused my wife to take the children to the docors which in turn caused a DCFS investigation. They of coarse found nothing but BS but this whole thing has caused heart and headache. Can I sue the "Energy therapist" for slander?
