Unpaid wages and benefits

I have not been paid wages or benefits since May of 2008. I am owed over $10,000. My employer continues to pay himself and I am the only employee not being paid. What are my rights and is he doing anything criminal?

You are entitled to your wages. Contact the Utah Department of Employment Security.
