Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

want to sell our house to an investor

we are close to foreclosure and was informed buy a real estate agent that he had an investor that would buy our house from us and that we would still be able to stay in our house as renters and then in 2 years we could buy our house back for $15,000.00 more than what they had bought it for at the time of sale does this sound legal and can this be done?
