Can I sue an intentional community for not letting me join because of my religion?

Interesting question. I would say no, although, I couldn't be sure without additional research. Just from my observation (nonlegal observations) intentional communities can be centered around just a common religious affiliation. So it is probably a private citizen decision that is going to be okay. I would bet if you didn't have other housing options in the area you could sue the government or the association, but if you do then your probably out of luck. Sorry I could not be of more help. Again, interesting question.
