desertion and punishment

after being gone four months from the army i returned of my own free will what can they do to me? i also have charges of two failed UAs what can they do to me?

By UA's i assume you mean urinalysis? In the Sea Services a UA is unauthorized absence (AWOL).

It's quite possible they may decide to prosecute you at court-martial under these circumstances.
