Legal Question in Disability Law in Virginia

ADA Rights

I am disabled, involved in a high profile case, and am pro se. I requested reasonable modifications 3 weeks before my first hearing, included a letter to the court from my doctor, and was ignored. I then filed motion for an ex parte to discuss with judge my needs in private- who then in open court inferred i was malingering. I again requested modifications- the judge said ''you seem fine to me...'' and i was forced to choose between default or continue, i lost the motion

I asked for courts permission to appeal- he denied. Why cant i appeal. Where do i go from here

Re: ADA Rights

Much more background information required in order to respond, including clarification as to how the matter came to be in court in the first place. (Furthermore, you haven't even identified the court where these actions allegedly occurred.)
