Legal Question in Disability Law in Virginia

I was hired as the A-shift supervisor and the company was bought out. Eveything stayed the same except the title changed to Home Manager due to the fact we did hireing and some other tasks. The work ours were M-F 7am -3:30 under old company under the new company the new hours were M-F 8am-4pm still with weekends. Can a company tell me that in a week that the scheduel will now be working 3-weekends a month and working 3 different shifts durning the week. (6am-2pm;8am-4pm;and 12noon to 8pm) these are not "A"-shift hours nor weekends off. I am a salary employee
