Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Termination Agreement
I received a termination agreement from my employer. It states that they will accept my resignation. It also states that ''I have not made, filed, or caused to be filed any charge, claim, or complaint against the company with any agency, court or entity.'' Would this include not filing for unemployment?
