Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia

a white clerk clearly mistreated me at a wal-mart I had the reciept but she acted like I had stolen the computer I wanted to exchange I had brought it on 3/12/09 and this happen on 3/15/09 there was a problem with it she would not exchange it the reciept says it could be exchanged within 15 days soafter about a half hour trying to reason with her I took my copmuter and started to leave she told the boy she had had poking a ink pen in the computer trying to get the cd tray on see what you have to deal with she is clearly predudice so that realy upseat me so I wanted to say something mean to her so I said if this store ever gets blown up I hope you are in it.it I really wanted to harm her I would have drug her from behind the counter and beat her tail . so she had wal-mart to file acomplaint against me what can I do it was just something said in a moment of anger I never thought anymoer about it until a office contacted me what can I do to hepl myself The store is in virginia

Better see about hiring a competent Virginia criminal defense counsel to defend you against this charge rather than a civil rights attorney.
