Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

I was only in college for 1 week and only bought 1 ebook, I had finaical aid and pell grant. My book was only 33.00, thats all the money I used and they are telling me I owe 807.00. Do I have to pay that or just the 33.00 for the book I used? What are my options

Without more information regarding the obligation(s) that you incurred with this grant and other financial aid, it would be impossible to say (in my opinion).
