how to fill out a warren in debt form
i need to know exactly how to fill out a warrent in debt form for small claims court. My vehicle was hit by a drunk driver and i am seeking legal action on my own. I have the correct forms, but from what I understand, if ou dont fill them out correctly, the case can be thrown out.Any info you can provide would be great. Thanks.

See the clerk in the general district court, civil division, responsible for small claims.
