Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

If in the past i defaulted on aloan with a bank then set up a payment plan which i upheld my end by paying the correct amount on time. i still maintain an account with the bank is the bank legally allowed to then without my knowledge drain my account of all monies as a way to treaten me into paying more than orriginally agreed?

Would seem to depend upon the payment plan to which you agreed

and whether in fact all of its terms have been fully complied with. (You would

seem well advised to contact the bank manager to confirm whether

in fact that has been the case, and, if so, for clarification as to why funds

in your account are now being seized)
