Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
arrest question
If a person was arrested for reckless endangerment because of speeding in VA which is a class 1 misterminor and was released on a bond shortly after with a court date for the next week, can it show up on their record before they go to court and ruling is made.

The Arrest itself is on the record somewhere the minute it is typed into a computer. There will not be a record for a conviction until there is a conviction.
