The record of a grand larceny (felony) conviction is not expungeable in the Commonwealth unless you can prove that you were wrongly convicted and as a consequence have received a pardon from the governor. See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.

Any charge, felony or misdemeanor, can be expunged if there was no finding of guilt by the court. This means that the charge must have been dismissed or nolle prossed.

The SRIS law group does expungements. Cost of expungement is about $950, including the filing fees.
