Child custudy and support

My childs mother will not let me see my child. So I was going to put myself on child support and then fight for visitation. I was wondering if this is a good idea and if not what should I do, any advice will be appriciated.

Go to your local Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court and tell them you want to file for visitation rights. During the course of adjudicating your visitation rights, the court will also likely address your obligation to pay child support.
