Court Awarded Child Support Decisions In PSA's

My husband is refusing to sign the PSA due to the court awarded child support order is in the PSA. He states that as long as the child support agreement is in the PSA, he could not ever get it amended due to it now is part of the PSA. What is the advantage(s) and disadvantage(s) of having the child support order in the Property Settlement Agreement?

You to cannot contract around a court order. That court order stands regardless of what you two put in the agreement. He can always modify child support, and so can you, based on a material change in circumstances. It does not matter if you put the order in the agreement or not!
