The best move is to go into court and demand full custody. Put her on defensive. Your xwife is in contempt of a court order. Get a lawyer. If you want a relationship with your child, then, given the circumstances, you must get down in the gutter just like your xwife. Pull no punches.

You need to contact an attorney and sue your ex-wife. If you do not know where she is, how do you pay child support? This may be a lead on how to find her.

You should retain an attorney in the state where your wife is, or where you think she is.
