Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have been in and out of court with my daughthers mother concerning custody etc. I won custody of my daughter being that her mother was seen as unfit. Eventually the mother obtained employment and an apartment and was granted supervised visitation, and overtime she was granted regular visitation. Two weeks after regular visitation was granted she moved halfway across the country and did not make a valued effort to speak with our child. It has been almost a year and now she is back wanting to resume visits. Am I required to let her visit with our child? In addition prior to her moving bacj I petitioned to have her visitation revoked.

Unless her visitation has been formally revoked by the court's order, the

previous order addressing this mother's right of visitation presumably

stands and must be honored until either vacated or modified.
