what to do about custody

My husband and I have shared custody the children are staying with me almost everyday in the week I have had the same boyfriend for over a year. My EX however has had several one in which was arrested in there site he has taken them out on dates with him and after the date gone back to her house until 2am while they slept. And it just keeps getting worse. My boys are 7 and 9 years old. What should I do?

With respect to what, getting full custody? If that's your plan, and you yourself have been harbouring a paramour for more than a year, that could prove problematical for you in securing full custody of these boys.
