Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Can my ex ask for a paternity test even though my son is now 13 and we were married at the time of his birth, he signed the birth certificate and has never questioned this until now? I live in virginia and have a current order of support that was filed 5 years ago and he did not question paternity then either. It was only since he has remarried that he wants to demand this test so he can try reduce his support obligations. Thank you for any help.
