Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Ppo

I have a protective order that ends in 30 days and i will be allowed back in our house. is there any way that i will not be allowed back. if she tries to file a separation agreement do i have to agree?, and can i still get back in our house. Is she allowed to ask for an extention on the PO? What will keep me from not getting back into our house.

Re: Ppo

If your wife seeks an extension of the temporary protection order which is then granted by the court, you will not be able to return home.

What is most likely to keep you from returning home is a reassertion on your part of the conduct and attitudes which caused you to be barred in the first place.
