Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am recently divorced and I am the primary caregiver to my 8 year old daughter although share joint legal custody with my ex husband. My ex husband has asked on several occasions that I provide the last name of my boyfriend to him so that he can look him up (court records and sex offender registry). My ex claims he is entitled to that information as his daughter interacts with my new boyfriend. I believe this to be an invassion of my privacy and unnecessary. What is my ex husbands right to know since we are divorced?

Very likely none at all--in my opinion (unless, of course, there was at least probable cause to believe that your boyfriend might have committed the offenses that would cause him to be listed on this registry).
