how do you remove a case from jdrc to the circuit court

resently my sons girlfriend went to court on a follow up hearing for truancey , she has turned 18 yrs of age and the court is still treating her like she is a minor , the judge has ordered her to go to school and return home and not have any contact with our family . How do we have the jdrc order vacated or her case removed to the circuit court to get it away from this crazy judge in jdrc

The order that you've mentioned could've been appealed within 10 days to the circuit court. (This J&DRDC judge, however, may not be "crazy" at all if there's evidence that someone in your family, including your son, may be exercising an unwholesome influence on the girl which may be contributing to her truancy---at least in the mind of the court.)
