Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I signed a prenup before we got married. We have seperated 3 times. THe 2nd time we signed a seperation agreement but went back together. Is that prenup still vaild?

It depends. (my favorite lawyer answer.)

If the language in the separation agreement said something like "this agreement replaces any prior agreements", the prenup may have been contracted out of existence. You will need to have an attorney in your area look at the agreements.
