Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

Do i have possible civil lawsuit against car dealer that sold me car with bad engine and falsely told me and gave me inspection papers stating car only had horn and wheel problems but car engine went ten minutes of me leaving dealer drove right back and was refused on getting money back also they wont give me title car was fully paid for i have all documents
