court frozen IRA account

IRAacct. court frozen due to

now deceased spouce withdrawal of retirement funds, I want to transfer to more secure account and can't. This is over 7yrs. old. the acct. is now in my name as benificary. How can I have the acct. un-frozen as the case is considered closed?

Make application to the court that froze the account to unfreeze it. Be prepared to provide the documentation necessary to prove that you're the entitled beneficiary and your reason(s) for needing access to the funds.
