Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

fraud and distress

can i sue my ex-husband for fraud and emotional distress? he committed adutery and lies about it in j & d court in conection with our son. i now have proof to present. however he was granted a no-hassel divorce through legal aid, which i was told i could not contest unless i had a lawyer. (i don't qualify for l.a and can't afford one on my own.) we have one child together and he makes things incresing difficult with our custody situation. i feel that i should be compensated for the time and suport i provied while we were married and he had other women in our home. he had 2 other children with 2 other women a few months after our inisail seperation. (06 but divorce was not granted until 08) this has caused me much stress and economic hardships. is there anything i can do or will he just get away with it all??
