Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Virginia

Neighbor Harassment

I received a letter from my apartment rental office about complaints which may result in eviction. The police have been called several times throughtout the last year;responded;and left without consequence. I am a single parent of two children. I work at night so am rarely home. the rental office has been called several times; responded; and left without consequence. Neither the police or rental office have found the complaints justifiable. I believe these continued complaints to be harassing and now resulting in my family being displaced. Could this be considered harassment? I have contacted the police to get a record of how many calls have been placed? Could this documentation be used against me if there was no validation to the complaints?

Re: Neighbor Harassment

Your concerns appear to be somewhat premature as, apparently, you have not yet been served with any notice to vacate your premises and, furthermore, according to you, neither the police nor the rental office has found any valid basis for whatever complaints may have been made in the past by parties unknown.
