Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

stolen will and other documents

it was about a year.i did have this person under arrest, however,i live out-of-town and received no notification of dates to appear.when i called about it, i was told ''nothing''. i was POA at the time and this person had no legal right to steal these papers. we also beleive a fraud has been commited as to ''transfer of deed'' to this person.i have to file a civil suit,no lawyer wants to touch it,at least around that area. this is a very complicated situation, and i have not known which way to turn, there are so many crooked things that have happened.anyway, i will start with trying to have her arrested again, i have been billed for funeral expenses, that the property should be the ''property'' should be helping pay for.thank-you for your time:seeking justice in virginia.

Re: stolen will and other documents

If you're seeking justice in Virginia in what appears to be a somewhat complicated probate matter which many also involve components of alleged criminal conduct, you had best hire an attorney who is knowledgeable and experienced in these areas of Virginia law to assist you, otherwise your claims/allegations will likely terminate prematurely as they apparantly did in the "first go round" of the matter.
