Terminating a lease
I would like to know if a landlord did not renew my lease afer the first year am i on a month to month lease with the landlord or does it roll over automatally for another year.

The lease does not roll over automatically unless there is a provision in the lease itself which provides for this. More likely is a provision which stipulates that in the event a new lease is not agreed to and signed by the parties, the lease arrangement may continue on a month to month
basis with each party having the unabridged right to terminate upon 30 days advance notice to the other.
