Re: reckless driving

Better arrange to retain a defense counsel who

is familiar with the traffic court in which your case will be prosecuted. Reckless driving in the Commonwealth is classified not merely as a traffic infraction but a jailable misdemeanor offense and a conviction for such could also carry serious repercussions for your future employments prospects not to mention your insurance premiums.
