Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Washington
I went to business trip about three months. Before I left I gave my apartment keys and a car key to my boyfriend to take care. He brought married women and had a sex in my bedroom. She came to my house several times without permission. I felt dirty and throw away all of my stuffs. And move to different place. Can I sue her? I am living in washington state and I read few articles. If I sue her will my boyfriend on charge too?
I want her to pay me back or charge on stress that I having now. She told my boyfriend that she was married she knew it was my apartment.
Without asking me she want to come to my place even no one was there for see my boyfriend.

Your question really isn't about appeals or writs. But I don't see any grounds for you to sue the other woman unless you had told your boyfriend not to have visitors in your apartment and she knew it. Even then, you could probably only win a case for trespass and some small amount of money. She is not legally responsible for your decisions to throw away your possessions or to move away.
