I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and surrender my car to ford credit. the car does not run and they have refused to pick it up. what can I do to get the car out of my name.

If you've listed the vehicle in your bankruptcy petition, the vehicle becomes property of the bankruptcy estate unless an exception applies. The bankruptcy trustee will likely take possession of it, assuming its worth something and it can be sold. You should speak with the trustee.
