Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Washington

Will a bankruptcy help.........................

I have been thinking about filing for a bankruptcy.I am curious if a debt from an accident will be included? I had the accident a few years ago. I have been paying monthly payments, however I missed a couple payments several months ago. But am still paying monthly. I have not been able to catch up on the payments that I missed. Even though I am currently paying and have showed good faith of paying, the debt collector has had my drivers liscence suspended recently. If I file, can this debt be included so I can get my liscence back? This accident was not alcohol or criminal related.

Whether or not you can have a debt from an accident discharged depends upon the circumstances that led to the accident. Under the bankruptcy law, any accident which was caused by a reckless or malicious act cannot be discharged. I would be happy to assist you in filing. My rates are very reasonable.
