Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Washington

Payday loans after bankruptcy

I filed a Chapter 13 in September of last year. Since then I have taken out numerous Payday loans. I find myself in the ''trap of payday loans''. Is it to late to add them to my list of creditors for my Chapter 13? If not then how would I go about adding them without my attorney because I am embarressed?

Re: Payday loans after bankruptcy

If your chapter 13 plan has already been approved by the court it is to late to add them to your bankruptcy. In addition, since you acquired this debt after petitioning the court the debt is not stayed. If you are represented by an attorney you need to communicate with your attorney about what you have done. He/she may have more advice for you.
