Notification of Stolen Laptop

I am looking for sample form to notify parties that a laptop containing personal information was stolen from owner of business.

Best bet is to review this with an experienced attorney. Even though this is a relatively new area, you may not have to do this notification. If you do, then make sure that you disclose approriately and are prepared to take whatever remedial steps are required.

There is no such "form". If you are the owner of the business from which the laptop was stolen, you will wish to take more action than sending out a "form". You may wish to seek coverage from your business insurance carrier (errors and omissions).
