Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
I told someone I was going to fight them when/if I see them. I told their sister that I wasn't going to fight her anymore and now she's threatening to press charges after I apologized and said I'm not going to do it. What can happen ?
The girl is 17 and I'm 18

I would definitely stop talking to them immediately. No text, no messages, no nothing. And if the police contact you, that means that the other party called to make a complaint against you. I would recommend you say nothing, and immediately tell the officer that you have been instructed not to answer any questions without a lawyer present. Anything that you say might make things worse for you.
And if the police do call you, talk to a lawyer right away.
